Conclusion:

If you are looking for some new memory modules, but can't afford the high-end PC8000 memory get some of these. They are cheap, fast and stable and capable of doing over 1000mhz like the PC8000 modules. They will keep you happy for quite some time.

I know people are thinking “why would you want to get 1GB nowadays?” and “why get DDR2 when DDR3 is about to release?” Well to start off the current prices are about as low as they can get, DDR2 will not disappear for a while.

You still would want to get 1GB if you just use your system for gaming, surfing or when you use your PC for home-theathre, the only problem you might run into when using 1GB while gaming is that you can't run the game at the highest settings.

If you don't need eye candy and don't want to spend lots on memory, this is the module for you.

 Pros:

  •  Great overclocking potential!
  •  A lifetime warranty
  •  Cheap
  •  Designed for bleeding-edge performance
  •  It runs cool, even when overclocked

Cons:

  • Is there any?
